These terms and conditions apply to the use of https://www.pusaka.co.uk (the "Website") and any products and services provided through the Website. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Website or purchasing products.
Introduction.
Pusaka by Edwin Charmain (referred to as "we", "us", or "our") is a sole proprietor business registered in the United Kingdom. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Website and any purchases you make. By browsing, using, or purchasing products from the Website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Products and Services.
Product Descriptions: We make every effort to ensure that all products displayed on the Website are accurately described. However, due to differences in monitor displays, the appearance of products may vary slightly from what you see online.

Availability: All products are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if an item you have ordered is out of stock.

Pricing: All prices on the Website are in GBP (£). We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but any changes will not affect orders already placed.
Order and Payment.
Placing an Order: When you place an order on the Website, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

Payment: Payment for orders must be made through our secure payment processing system. We accept payment via credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other specified payment methods on the checkout.

Payment can also be made by online bank transfers. Please contact us if you would like to pay by this method.

Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging that we have received your order. This is not an acceptance of your order, but an indication that we have received it. We will send you a further email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery and Shipping.
Orders processing: We aim to process your orders within 1-2 business days. All items will be carefully inspected before shipping and packed securely inside branded leatherette box. The parcel is sent in an unbranded eco-courgated mailer box.

UK Shipping: We offer Free delivery to UK addresses using Royal Mail Special Delivery which is an insured, trackable, next-day service. As the parcel will need a signature on arrival, so please ensure there is someone present to receive the goods.

International Shipping: delivery to international addresses is fulfilled using UPS or FedEx. please note that additional shipping charges and customs duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Due to the new GPSR Laws, effective 13 December 2024 onwards, we can no longer ship our works to countries within the EU and Northern Ireland.
Dispatch: Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number (where available) so you can monitor the delivery progress.

Late or Lost Delivery: If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking number to enable you to chase it up with the shipping company. Pusaka by Edwin Charmain cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.
Returns and Refunds.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order. You are responsible for the safe return of items to Pusaka by Edwin Charmain.
Return Condition: Items must be carefully packaged and returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any items returned in an unsellable condition.

Bespoke and Made-to-order items are exempt from both the refund and exchange policies unless they are structurally faulty.

Return Process: Before arranging a return or exchange please email hello@pusaka.co.uk quoting your name, address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you of the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will process the refund within 14 days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. Any sales tax or duties payable on orders outside of the UK is also non-refundable.

​Product Warranty: Our products are covered by a warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
